Ah, I have been a Lovecraft fan since I could read, and I have designed Mythos stories for well over twenty years – more like 26 – all RPG. I reckon I designed, maybe, 50 or 60 stories. Well, for the first time I am writing a mythos story for a challenge among my circle of writer friends. The only question rising out of this – why didn’t I do this before? Title is The Lucky Mouth. Should finish it by tomorrow.

I think horror/mythos stories were always my favorite and I would go as far as to say more than “LOTR” as a genre. Never having the language/literary skills of you, but with having so many stories in my head like you, I can only go as far the plot and paragraphs of events and situations. I can say that over 20 years now I have one novel in my head that I work on bit-by-bit with a plot outline and countless notes on these events. It is, of course, a mythos/horror story and I suspect that it is in fact a four-part set of novels. Maybe one day when I am not timid, your not busy and the time is right I will send it to you and it can be a joint collaboration….. No title as yet but with a working title simple Four Demons and I can say it is a classic modern-day monster hunt with much of the focus from the perspective of the four themselves.

sounds interesting, bro. Perhaps one day. This year is a complete right-off – read my new year’s resolution – sheesh. 🙂 But yes, will look at it at a convenient time for both of us. Gerry
